## Executive Summary

Token Security's software does two jobs, one easy for a buyer to replace and one costly to unwind. As an inventory it finds and tracks the service accounts, API tokens, and AI agents an enterprise accumulates, and established rivals sell the same discovery. As an enforcement layer it decides what each AI agent may access based on the agent's purpose, and a customer using it that way must rebuild agent permissions to leave. Calcalist reported HPE and HiBob as customers eight months after Token left stealth, while established identity vendors consolidate around it, with Cisco moving to acquire rival Astrix and CyberArk completing its Venafi purchase. Watch whether enterprises route agent permissions through Token or treat it as a list of what they have.
