## Executive Summary

In about three years Stacklok has changed its product twice, from software supply-chain security, to protecting AI coding assistants, to today's platform for running the connectors that let AI agents use company tools. Each time it gave away or retired the prior flagship. What survives every pivot is the team, the creators of Kubernetes and Sigstore, and a strategy of building in the open.
