## Executive Summary

Securiti sells software that finds and classifies sensitive data across an enterprise's clouds. That engine holds an outside Leader placement in GigaOm's evaluation of tools that find and reduce data exposure. On top of it Securiti sold filters over what users and applications send to and get back from AI models, yet the public record shows little independent support for that layer. Its cited security page lists SOC 2 Type II and two ISO standards. FedRAMP, the U.S. federal cloud authorization, covers the clouds it runs on, not Securiti itself. Data-protection vendor Veeam bought Securiti for $1.725 billion and folded it into its data-resiliency products.
