## Executive Summary

Highflame's public code is the part a buyer can verify and the part that explains its weakness. Ramparts, the ZeroID identity core, and the Palisade scanner are shipped code an enterprise can read and run, and it shipped six security lines on them by June 2026 under a 20-year infrastructure founder. That same openness is the catch. The Apache-licensed Ramparts scanner, the standards anyone can adopt, and the policy syntax borrowed from Cedar leave little that compounds into an advantage, and the cited in-house detection models are unverified. The record names no customer, funding amount, round, or investor, so the founder's speed has produced inspectable software rather than the proprietary data or named-buyer lock-in that would keep a larger platform from rebuilding the same controls.
