## Executive Summary

Cyata's product finds the AI agents at work across a customer's cloud, software-as-a-service, and identity systems, shows what each one does, and limits what each is allowed to touch. Its founders previously worked at Check Point, Cellebrite, and the Israeli military-intelligence Unit 8200. Its researchers had published flaws in agent tooling, including a critical bug in LangChain, software used to build AI applications. About seven months after Cyata's public launch, Check Point bought the company in a set of acquisitions estimated at around 150 million dollars in total. Cyata's public customer proof is one eCapital case study and practitioner testimonials on its homepage. The request-a-demo link on Cyata's homepage now routes to Check Point's contact page.
