Curity enters agent authorization from an unglamorous base: an established, revenue-generating identity business. The last independent figures, from 2021, put its revenue near 45 million Swedish kronor with positive EBITDA, its founder-CEO sold a stake to GRO Capital in 2023, and a hired CEO now leads the company. It sells a standards-based identity and API security platform, the Curity Identity Server, to enterprises including ICA, Santander and Dun & Bradstreet, and in April 2026 it added Access Intelligence to control what AI agents do while they run.
