### Product Delivery & Operations

Fiddler offers SaaS and in-environment deployment. The Developer tier is SaaS, the Enterprise tier offers SaaS, VPC, or on-premise deployment, the homepage lists AWS GovCloud, and the coding-agent product runs as single-tenant SaaS or self-hosted on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Integration is API- and standards-based. Developers call the Guardrails API, and Agentic Observability supports OpenTelemetry and agent frameworks such as LangGraph and Google ADK. The coding-agent product attaches to gateways the customer already runs, so Fiddler joins an existing stack instead of replacing it.

Fiddler states its operating scale in its own figures. Fiddler holds SOC 2 Type II and states HIPAA compliance. Its security page says the SOC 2 Type II report covers security, confidentiality, and availability, is audited annually, and is available under NDA.

The in-environment design carries much of the trust argument. Because Centor Models and Guardrails run in the customer’s cloud or VPC, and Guardrails can run air-gapped, a buyer can score sensitive prompts without sending them to Fiddler or an outside model.

Fiddler also sells audit support. The current leadership mixes large-technology and security-vendor backgrounds. The About page lists Gade’s prior employers as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Microsoft, and Paka’s as Samsung, PayPal, and Microsoft. Its go-to-market president previously worked at Tigera, Centrify, and Tripwire.
