### Pricing Model

The Teams ethical-wall page carries a licence comparison table putting Office 365 E3 at five to twenty dollars per user per month and E5 at thirty-five, and states AGAT's own licence only as a percentage below them. So the page publishes the incumbent's numbers and no figure of its own.

The unit is per user per month, which the same table establishes for the ethical wall, and the page offers a free trial.

Nothing in the reviewed record prices Pragatix. ### Product Delivery & Operations

Deployment choice is the product's organising idea. The Pragatix terms list AGAT SaaS Cloud, customer private cloud or VPC and customer on-premises, and the Private AI Suite page adds air-gapped operation, with SphereShield offered as SaaS or installed in a customer's DMZ or cloud.

The knowledge base carries the operational detail a buyer needs before a call. It states that a Pragatix deployment requires one Windows server, two Linux servers and at least one GPU with 24 GB of video memory, and it links deployment options, AWS and on-premises system requirements and release notes.

Permissions are inherited rather than re-administered. ### Earning Customers' Trust

AGAT states a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation on two of its own legal pages and nowhere else a probe reached. The Pragatix terms say AGAT is SOC II type 2 audited and certified, and the privacy policy says AGAT has SOC2 type 2 security certification. A probe on 20 August 2026 found trust and security subdomains failing to resolve, as did a nonsense control subdomain, and the /security and /compliance paths redirecting to product pages.

The data commitments are more specific than the attestation. The privacy policy states AGAT does not use customer information to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models, and that a self-hosted deployment leaves AGAT with no access to customer data. The knowledge base states that customer data goes into segregated vector databases and that answers are generated with retrieval rather than training.

What raises the stakes is what the products handle. ### Platform Strategy & Ecosystem Positioning

AGAT's products depend on platforms other companies own. SphereShield exists because Microsoft Teams, Webex, Skype for Business, Slack, Zoom and SharePoint exist, and Pragatix exists because employees reach ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini.

One of those platform owners lists AGAT. Cisco's Webex App Hub carries the Real Time DLP integration under Security and Compliance, and SoftwareOne's marketplace, which is a distributor rather than a platform owner, carries seven AGAT products. Both are supplier-side listings rather than evidence of deployment.

The model layer is deliberately interchangeable. ### Team & Execution Capability

One founder is identifiable in independent sources. Calcalist CTech names Yoav Crombie chief executive and co-founder and quotes him saying he has been developing software for more than 20 years, and an Israel Defense caption gives him the same title.

AGAT's own About page names four leaders: Yoav Crombie as chief executive, Meir Davis as chief technology officer, Reuvain Aarons as head of sales and Janine Hulley as head of marketing. The same Israel Defense article states the company was founded in 2023 as a spin-off by founders with a previous exit to Symantec. AGAT's About page dates the founding to 2013, and no other cited source carries either claim.

Israel Defense records 25 employees and offices in Jerusalem and South Africa.
